Battery Management Systems
Battery management system (BMS) is responsible for safe operation, performance, and battery life under diverse charge-discharge and environmental conditions. BMS do not have a fixed or unique set of criteria that must be adopted. There are many BMS design features, with battery pack protection management and capacity management being two essential features we continuously work to improve

Intelligent Features
CAN communications for automotive industrial applications
Industry standard implementations of CAN allows our BMS to be used with existing vehicle architecture.
State of charge calculation
Advanced algorithms for various cell configurations and chemistries allows accurate State OF Charge(SOC), and Stat OF Health(SOH) enables optimal use of the battery cells through their life.
Intelligent Cell Balancing
An intelligent approach to balancing that seeks to maintain and improve balance from cycle to cycle. The BMS uses switched shunt resistor type passive cell balancing to remove charge from the most charged cells to maintain the pack balance. The passive shunt resistors dissipate up to 150mA per cell.
Remote management
Our BMS is ready to be controlled and monitored remotely via IoT systems for industrial and domestic use
Battery Compatibility
With a wide voltage sensing range of 0.5v – 5.2V per cell for monitoring and balancing, the BMS is compatible with virtually all chemistries such as Li-ion, Li-polymer, and LiFePO4 Battery packs.
Automotive Grade Design
Our BMS is designed to operate through the voltage transients and electrical noise commonly produced by inverters, motor controllers, and chargers in electric vehicles. They are also designed to work in higher temperature environment with specialised cooling packages.
Seamless integration with thermal management systems
Our BMS can be customised to be integrated with thermal management systems such as fan control, water cooling systems, etc.
